The HR Intern will support the HR team primarily in end-to-end recruitment activities. This role is ideal for freshers or HR students looking to gain hands-on exposure to hiring processes, candidate coordination, and HR operations in a fast-paced EdTech environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
  • Screen resumes based on job requirements and shortlist suitable candidates
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain and update candidate trackers and recruitment dashboards
  • Communicate with candidates regarding interview status, feedback, and next steps
  • Assist in onboarding formalities and documentation for new joiners
Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong interest in recruitment and HR processes
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic understanding of HR/recruitment concepts (academic exposure is sufficient)
  • Good organisational and coordination skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow timelines
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets is a plus
